M$ office 2003 - Function Key Toolbar

    I recently did a quicktip workshop for Word 2003 and discovered amongst other things the function key toolbar which I now use constantly. I have done various searches online but can't seem to see the same toolbar available for Excel 2003. Does anyone know if this is a toolbar that can maybe be unlocked somehow or is it just not available. If not available is it that difficult to create toolbars ?
