major malware issues.

hello all. this site is amazing, but i need some help. my fathers computer got infected with personal seucrity 2010. malwarebytes removed it just fine. then my mothers computer got the same thing. i tried to run malware bytes and it would not open, also spybot would not open. i read and renamed malwarebytes to explorer.exe and it ran, got rid of personal security, but there are still issues. for example from that machine i tried to sign up for majorgeeks as soon as i hiot register internet explorer shut down. tried in firefox same thing. so i tried to follow the malware removal guide from here i am on the first step superspyware remover, and it ran for 13 mins then locked up. it had founf 167 trojans, but did not remove them. what should i do?

 

hey guys, just to let you know, i got it. instead of doing a complete scan i did a quick scan. once it found the alleuron root kit i hit next and ended it early and removed. the computer booted much faster, and all programs liek spybot and malware bytes worked. so i just finished runnign the complete scan, and all is looking good. i will finish the guide now
