Major Problems!! Help

    I could use some help....my computer is having major "problems"

    First of all I dont have a control panel no more. ITs not under my computer, under my start menu. Its disapear.

    Also this message keeps on popping up

    "Windows Security Alert - Warning! Potential Spyware Operation! Your computer is making unauthorized copies of your system and internet files. Run full scan not to pervent and unathorised access to your files! Click YES to download spyware remover..."

    Note: prevent and unauthorized are spelled incorrectly.

    Also the PC keeps restarting it self. Varies in times.

    The internet connects fine. No problems yet, Please help me!!!!

    What can i do????? please help, I ran hijackthis and this is my log file
