    Hi all,

I'm new to malware removal as I'm usually pretty good at keeping a lockdown on my OS. I'm using Vista Ultimate and I have TrendMicro running from work. Trend didn't seem to be very helpful at finding my problems. I ran HijackThis which I used a year or two ago.

Attached please find my HJT log file.

Please note: these malware files have caused my Google searches to not work and they pop open a new window which points to a random IP. Also, I read in this forum about ComboFix.exe and tried to put it on my computer. I got a permissions error which I think is related to TrendMicro blocking the file. If I do need ComboFix, should I turn Trend off to allow it?

I have Admin rights on the computer and I'm quite computer savvy.

    Thanks in advance!
    Mark
