malware infection.... desktop hijack?

Hello,

Last night my desktop was fine, when I booted up this morning all of a sudden I got a blue background stating that there was spyware installed and several fatal errors have occured. I also have popups in my system tray and pop ups on the desktop showing what are looking to be microsoft security apps.

I know this is spyware/malware,and am wondering how to get rid of it. I cannot access my taskbar because it says its been disabled by the admin. I am the admin though. So far I have tried to remove the block of TM through the registry to no effect. I have also tried scans from my AV, spybot S&D (they both found things but after removal and a reboot everything came back), and windows defender (which turns up no results, but figured i'd use it anyway).

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
