Malware keeps reinstalling itself

Hi, please can someone help. I have malware that keeps reinstalling itself. Each time I do a scan it comes up with the same problems. It seems when I switch users or restart I get re-infected. I followed everything in the “Read and run me first” except Combofix as the link was not working at the time.

Combofix is probably the most powerful tool we have partly due to its diversity. See if you can get it to download and install. If you can, attach the log and if you can't, please tell me what happened. In the meantime, I'll look at your other logs.
