malware posing as automatic update?

I have this automatic update and i'm not sure if its legit. i've had some trouble with spyware like spysheriff and auto:blank lately and thought I had gotten rid of them with the tips on this site. Then this pops up. I havn't let it install anything. I did a hijackthis run and put it through the autoanalyzers but they didn't find anything wrong. It's a yellow shield looking thing in my task bar and says:

windows found one update, then there are express and custom install options.

 

The little yellow shield is the Automatic Updates Systray icon.
