Just would like help to see if I've done things right and if there are any additional things I need to do, I still see in Processes boabu.exe using resources; can't disable / or remove it; What's next?

What are these:
c:\windows\Zzexaa.exe
c:\documents and settings\McCaan\boabu.exe --> junp drive?

TimW, thanks man for the reply on my malware problem; sorry to get back to you so late; I found a program called DBAN and completely erased and formatted the computer; saved myself more hours of trying to solve the infection problem. :confused....so......On I go....again....thanks a whole lot, I will probably still look into those other files you asked me about?
