Malware Removal Help THANKS

    I have followed your Malware Removal Guide. Please take a look at my logs and let me know what I need to do to remove the problems.

    I will attach other logs on another message.

    I don't see anything in your logs to indicate malware ....what problems are you having?
    If it is this:
    O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'inetcntrl0007.dll' missing

    Download LSPfix
    Unzip the file to a folder on your desktop.
    Double-click to run
    Select: (Advanced) "I know what I'm doing"
    Select: inetcntrl0002.dll (left pane)
    Click the right arrow to bring it to REMOVE (right pane).
    Then click the FINISH button. Restart your computer.

    Thanks for your quick response.

    The machine will power down unexpectantly with charger plugged in and battery at full charge. Also, the "Blue Screen" has popped up a few times...it disappears to quickly to see what the message is.

    To capture the bsod ...right click my computer / properties / advanced / start up and recovery and uncheck the automatic restart.

    This is sounding like a hardware issue (or poss. software) ...so I would suggest you post the problem in the appropriate forum.

    If you did the LSPFix....my bad!! You will need to reinstall Bsafe software ....

    Post the Bsod fault.
