Malware Removal Help

    Please take a look at the logs and let me know what I need to do to speed-up this machine. I have followed all of your instructions. Thanks.

    Please explain what malware problems you are having. Slow PCs are typically more of a problem with what you are running and that is not a malware problem for this forum. Uninstall anything that you do not need. We cannot begin to know what features or software that you need. You are the only one that knows that. AOL and Symantec are your two biggest problems but again they are not malware.

    You did not uninstall Viewpoint Manager as requested in step 0 of the READ ME. And you also did not attach the GetRunKey and ShowNew logs as requested.
