Malware Removal Help

I ran though all the steps of the malware removal guide and it cleaned up most of the problems I was having, but I'm still have a problem with a internet explorer window that keeps randomly poping up trying to sell me Anti-spyware software. Can you take a look at the log files and see if you can see what is causing this? There is not log file for SuperAntispyware because it didn't find anything. Thank you so much!

Please follow the instructions in the Removing Zlob aka SmitFraud, SpySheriff, Infections. This will produce two logs, both called rapport.txt. Please attach the first rapport.txt log here before continuing with the cleaning procedures as this will overwrite the first log. Alternatively, you can rename the first log before continuing.

Please download

and then follow the below steps:
· Unzip HostsXpert.zip
· It will create a folder named HostsXpert in whatever folder you extract it to.
· Run HostsXpert.exe, click Restore Microsoft's Hosts File and then click OK.
· Click the X to exit the program

Now click Start, Run, and enter ipconfig /flushdns and click OK!

After you finish the above, please run C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat and attach the fresh MGlogs.zip.
