    Hi MG,

I've been wrestling with some kind of computer error for about a week or so. It started with complications with League of Legends, I would have frequent disconnections even though my internet was running, and this was especially weird because I have no previous problems with running LoL. I could play World of Warcraft with no hiccups as well. So like any other overzealous gamer, I blamed Riot and decided to wait for the next patch.

In the meantime, I started noticing that my McAffe, my current AV and FW, would turn off it's firewall seemingly at the time of log in, and I couldn't turn it back on. After multiple restarts, it is obvious that my McAffe does not intend on turning itself on.

At this point, I decided to take action (contact you rather) because I am afraid that my computer might be infected with Zero Access. Even scans for malware have shown minimal results (by RK and RK only) I am aware of the sneaky and shady nature of this infection.

This is not a COMPLETELY personal computer, me and my mom both use it. For this reason, I am also open to the fact that user error may be to blame.

I have carried through all of the steps taken in you READ & RUN ME FIRST post. I will be attaching the posts as requested.

I am confident that you will be able to find whatever is ailing my poor computer. :D

I am not finding any malware in your logs. I suggest you post in the software forum for additional assistance.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. You can uninstall RogueKiller and HitManPro.
    2. Go back to step 6 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
