    Welcome to Major Geeks!

I have no idea what you are referring to. TalkTalk is not an antivirus program. It is some kind of broadband carrier. What is the antivirus package that they have given you and what exactly are you referring to as being renamed?

But I know that F-Secure does have the capability to provide a log. People have attached them before. I cannot tell you how to do it since I do not use the program and never have. Here is an example from another website where an F-secure log is given: http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/index.php?showtopic=115218

If it is renaming a file at some point and then not finding anything during a fullscan, it just means it did not find any other problems. Is it still renaming files or did this only happen once?
