    Well I tested it untill the time test ran out and I did not get any malware on the pc, which has been online for maybe 2 months now including as an administrator.

    Have decided they deserve the asking price of £13 in the Queen's currency.

    HI everybody, I am Trying to eliminate MBR from my PC. As you asked in the tutorial, I will put in this reply ly log file rlated to the malwarebytes program.

    MBR stands for Master Boot Record
    if you remove that, you will not be able to boot up your computer!

    As far as malwarebytes, keep it. It is an extremely efficient malware fighter. I can vouch for the fact that it does find and remove malware. I had to install it from a USB stick a few weeks ago onto an infected computer. It found 25 really nasty items and cleaned them off. The owner of the computer was thrilled that she has a working computer again.
