Maxtor 200 GB

    I just purchased a Maxtor 200GB hard drive. Am I asking for trouble getting a hard drive that big?

    I have a Dell 4600 with 2.4 GHz and 512 ram. I running XP. I got the hard drive for $39 new. Is Maxtor reliable?

    there's nothing wrong with getting a 200 gig harddrive.they work just fine.if you store movies or music youll have plenty of room.go for it

    I have 320 gigs total and have for some time. Edit a movie and watch it eat up space and so on. My storage alone uses 50 gigs. I also dual or triple boot different operating systems. The list can go on and on. Of course you cant buy much less the 100 gigs anymore, so 200 can be a decent price.
