Mcafee VirusScan Problem - Says It's Still Installed!

I've recently deleted my copy of Mcafee VirusScan but now I want to reinstall it. When I insert the cd the message shown in the attachment appears. I've used the search function and searched for everything to do with Mcafee and deleted it all (I searched hidden files/folders aswell). I've also uninstalled it properly from ADD/REMOVE.

I've used a number of programs to try and get rid of left over files that aren't needed on the computer such as system mechanic, registry mechanic etc but still no luck. Why would it say it's still installed on the computer if there's not a single trace of it left?
