mcci+Mcci ContextHook

After a SUPER Anti-spyware scan & cleaning I got a blue screen that said-drvnddm-page fault in non-paged area. I scanned with Microsoft 'Security Task Manager' and it said McciContextHook 5-0-0 DSR.dll. Powder Keg Build Ref;34400 Machine;autobuildwi... Motive Communications Inc. The scan for it says POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS. It's the only thing on my list that says 'dangerous'. Down lower on the list is Motive Communications again- but dosen't come up 'dangerous',and it's 'title' is for Verizon Mcci-Tray App_Window-Powder-Keg Buil...
It mentions that the 'Potentially dangerous" one could manipulate other programs. HELP!!!!:confused

I don't think this is a malware problem. If you are still getting this error and the bluescreen, please try returning to the restore point prior to the Superantispyware scan. It's possible that something was deleted that shouldn't have been. To go back to a previous restore point, go to Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore
check the box to restore my computer to an earlier time and click next. A calendar will appear with some of the dates highlighted. Select one of the dates from before you did the scan and allow it to run. Your computer should reboot. If this resolves the problem, then come back here and go through the READ & RUN ME FIRST which will allow you to remove malware with help here in the forum.
