mem timing

Not sure of a specific clock timer setting. My bios has settings for :
cas latency
precharge ras
ras to cas
active precharge
and ? write recovery time ?
I just bought ocz gold ddr2 667 pc2 5400 timings 4-4-4-8
My pc wizard program says there at 4-2-2-6
What is that "write recovery time?" and, based on my specs what timing do you think I should try my ram at ?

Thanks for the link. I'm not sure what to set that 5th setting at, i've read a few guides, just havent come accross that yet, or maybe I have, and im just missing something.

 

Make sure you run memtest86 for a few passes and aren't recieving any errors at whatever timing you set.
