Memory low, computer slooooow...help!

I have run CCleaner and performed the maintenance and deleted all sorts of picture, music, video, and other files. I also went and uninstalled everything I could find that I don't use but I still have NO memory. I don't get it. There is almost nothing on my computer but the memory is almost all used...ugh. Help?

I read other threads and therefore ran these two scans and saved log files:

Let me know if I didn't do them right or need to do others, or if they can be analyzed and I can be told what to do from here.
