MG email notification link not working

I get email notifications for post replies from here to my hotmail account.

When I click on the link in hotmail, it says:

You are still on the old forums server. If you reading this, please try to clear your DNS cache with "ipconfig /flushdns" or add "70.85.60.244 forums.majorgeeks.com" to your hosts file.


I tried both to no avail.

I know that the address here has changed and that is when this problem occurred.

Not sure if there is something that I or Admin have to adjust?

 

do you have anything else caching DNS..like outpost firewall?

 

I'm using Zone Alarm and probably should have mentioned that I tried it also without it and it still wouldn't work.

I also tried clearing my browser's cache and that didn't help.

Finally, I manually deleted the MG cookie, re-entered my name and password and it seems to have worked. (For this thread at least)
