Microphone Sharing on Realtek HD

    Hi Folks.

    I have Realtek HD audio on a Gigabyte GA-81945P (Pro) motherboard with the system running on Win2K.

    All is fine until I try to start a program that uses microphone input when another such program is already running. e.g. Skype with Teamspeak.

    Some just fail, others give various error messages (e.g. Device not ready).

    As an avid "FlightSimmer" I find this very frustrating.

    Any suggestions most welcome.
