Hi, I'm trying to get the Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer for Bluetooth and Keyboard Elite for Bluetooth to run on my laptop, but my computer isn't even noticing the new hardware-the usb wireless transceiver-and im not sure why. Does anyone know what the problem is, or have had this problem before? Im using Windows XP pro, if that helps.

Are there batteries in the wireless receiver? If not, it might be that the laptop doesn't have enough juice to power the receiver through the USB port. Have you tried it in a desktop computer? Do that if you haven't already.
