Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Premium Install Problem

    At random when I open programs or check my email a window will open that says "Preparing to Install Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Premium". If I just wait it will eventually ask me to insert the disk. If I click cancel, I end up clicking it several times before it will finally stop trying to install something. I do have Microsoft Office on my computer, however it works fine. What is causing this and how can I end this nuisance?
