Microsoft Office 2003 issues/errors

A couple of days ago I was removing unused programs from my laptop (Dell Inspiron 5600?) and the computer froze while trying to remove logmein. Upon restart and ever since I get the following error messages:

Right at resatart I get:
Fatal Error: Execution cannot continue as the language dependent resource file C:\ProgramFiles\MicrosoftSQLServer\80\Tools\Binn\Recources\1033\SQLSVC.RLL could not be loaded.

Next I get:
sqlmangr.exe-Application Error: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.

As soon as I open outlook I get:
Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003: Installation Error:Flile not found: A required instalation file SKU001.CAB could not be found, asks for disk or to browse location on server to find installation source

Everytime a new email comes in or I do anything with Outlook I get:
Please wait while windows configures Microsoft Office 2003

If I put the Microsoft Office CD in it seems to run a little better but I still get those error messages. Any suggestions on what I may have done or what I should do to fix this?

 

System File Checker will check and replace any files in windows that are damaged.
Start/run then type sfc/ scannow
