Microsoft Office Picture Manager

    When I paste a picture into Micro. Office Pic Manager (MOPM), then go to save it, it saves as a .png instead of .jpg. My Design Pro label software does not like .png, only .jpg. Even when I change the extension name to .jpg, the label software says "invalid file type." How do I fix it so M.O.P.M. saves as .jpg?

    To clarify what I have done, I am copying and pasting a picture from Microsoft Word to MOPM. When pasting into MOPM, it is filename.png, not filename.jpg
