Microsoft Office Tools: Picture Manager

Hello,

I like using picture manager because it can resize images with minimal distortion'unlike other programs. I have Office 2003 installed (I did a complete install) but I can't find this program anywhere.

Is there a certain directory where I should look for it?

 

Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

It's not there. I have Photo Editor, but not Picture Manager.

 

Is that a trial version? i have 2003 pro and have picture manager but not photo editor. ed

 

It's a full version. Everything else works perfectly with no limitations. I even tried re-installing it and still no Picture Manager.

 

Picture Manager of Office 2003 replaced Photo Editor of the earlier versions of Office:

So ... why is it missing from your Office 2003?

That's exactly my qustion.

 

I guess I was thinking that if you have Photo Editor rather than Picture Manager, it would stand to reason that you don't have Office 2003. If you have Office 2003, it will say so in your add/remove programs. If it says there that you have Office 2003, then it would be worth asking Microsoft why your copy of Office 2003 came with Photo Editor rather than Picture Manger.
It's an odd problem.
