Microsoft Office Word crashing when type

I have fully installed MS Office 2003 and I can open MS Word without any problems. The problem is when I type anything, I get this error immediately:

Microsoft Office Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have tried reinstalling Office 2003 and even Office 2007, but it results in the same error every time I try to type something in Word. I don't have this problem with Excel, just Word...
