Microsoft Photo Editor: Windos- No Disk ???

I get this Error Message every time I try to open any image file--this just started today as far as I know--it has this for a heading (see Subject line) and the following in the box: "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 7cc31d6c 7cc31d6c 7cc31d6c 7cc31d6c"--I have to click the "Cancel" button, like, 100 times or so to get it to go away, and THEN my images will open. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it? BTW, I have a dinosaur of a PC with Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional. Thanks in advance!
