Microsoft Picture It-Problems Exiting Program

Hello again,

I get a warning box that reads:

File Download-Security Warning
Do you want to open or save this file? {The files I open have already been saved} Then below it reads:
Name:blank
Type: HTML Document, 30 bytes
From: about blank
When the warning box comes up, I try to click cancel, but nothing happens. The only way I can end the program is by selecting Task Manager, highlighting Pip.exe and clicking on end process.

I've never had a problem with this program, not sure where the warning is coming from nor what is causing this to happen.

Problem solved! Ran Disk Cleanup, Deleted all SP1 files, whether this had anything to do with it, I dunno but it worked.
