Microsoft Single Image Removal

Ok, I have tried the solutions, 1. Changed the Word Options to "Run all from Computer" ... it didn't do anything, Single Image still takes over. I then went to regedit: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Options ... would not even show any options. nor could I add a DWORD etc.

This is a computer my wife uses in her consulting and it takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R to bring up Word. There HAS to be a way to get rid if this. If anyone has ideas I would be glad to try.

Windows 7 HomePremium 64 bit SP1, Office 2010 Pro installed as 32 bit.
