Minor iratating problem

    P4 17.gz cpu on 845pe Neo mobo and I bought a new Radeon 9600 256Mb graphics card. Setup 2 screens and now when I undock a screen on main monitor and move it too second monitor. The mouse goes balistic going between pointer and hour glass. Have to close the screen and everything goes back to normal. All Dx test go fine.
    Any ideas on what I need to setup/fix???
