Missing tabs In Internet explorer 6 sp2

My Internet explorer is missing tabs under tools internet options I will paste an image so you can see what I mean. I have been pulling my hair out I tried checking group settings and registry entries to fix the problem all to no avail. I also have reinstalled SP2 but cant find a seperate IE6 reinstall on microsofts site. This is a recent problem as I have used these option not long ago. I am running AVG antivirus the paid version and adaware as well as pest patrol and zone alarm pro. No viruses have been detected as of late but I guess that dosent mean there isnt one lurking. anyone have any Ideas on how to repair an IE install in windows XP SP2. I dont want to reinstall the OS as this is the only problem I am having thanks Jim
