More Than 50% Of My ADD/REMOVE Programs Have Disappeared

I downloaded System Mechanic 7 & ran the trail version so that it could clear up some of the junk on my PC and I ran something like "Remove invalid uninstallers" or something like that. It ran the scan, and removed what I thought were invalid uninstallers.

After going back to ADD/REMOVE in order to remove System Mechanic I was left with around 50% of the ADD/REMOVE programs that were once there. Here is what I'm left with:



As you can see there are hardly any programs there and there is also is no option to uninstall System Mechanic. I tried running system restore so that I could revert back to yesterday's settings. It restarted my PC and when it had rebooted I got the message saying 'unable to restore to previous date' or something along those lines.

I tried looking around System Mechanic to see if there was a way of reverting to my old settings but I can't find anything.

There could just be a "blank white" space, scroll down and see if the others are on there.
