Another probem with this MOBO is that when I start up the puter i get a(no operating system found)message when I know that the hard drive I am using does have a operating system installed on it.Maybe I am just spaced out on the jumper settings or just missing???? I will try to take a photo of the board if that will help.Or can i just remove the hard drive ribbon and restart? Any suggestions will be better than pulling hair!!!

a floppy disk in the drive can cause you to have that message on start up.

Is this HDD with OS, is from another PC? If so you'll probably have to reload the OS.
    Can you access bios?
Check to see if the hdd is recognized by bios?
What brand & model HDD? then I can provide link for jumper settings, or just go to manufactures web for settings

    As Ironman posted:

Make sure the HDD cable is connected properly, maybe she's loose.

:D Thank you for all the help and reccomendations-What I ended up doing was what I should have done to begin with, start up the computer with just one hard drive instead of the two that were in it.It seems that both drives had an OS on them and when booted individually as a single drive all worked fine.Plus I spent some time on each of the HD manufact. web site for proper pin settings and also diag downloads to check integrity of each drive. Also the info for the Lavasoft program works great and helped me to make a few changes to better my system
