Motorola Electrify M Stuck On Boot Screen?

{i've posted this in another forum so i'm just copy-pasting this into here to save time}

I've tried everything to bring this thing to life including resetting the data to factory. this thing refuses to boot and i'm all out of ideas. the battery won't come out unless i do really meticulous work on it that might not even work at all. I got this phone from someone else trying to get it working again. right now i'm just keeping it charged and turned on the boot loop to see if it eventually breaks the loop.

I'll also add that i've had this thing on a constant supply of power for over a week. almost two.

 

Try turning it off, leave it for a couple of minutes, and turn it on.

 

I can't exactly turn it off. when i try to, it goves off short vibrations about 10 times and then when i let go it restarts. i tried to unplug it until it died and then plug it back in that way, but it did not work.

 

Exact same thing here KonaDave, I couldn't turn mine off either. I just let the battery die and when I recharged and turned it on again I got the exact same thing. Did you get yours fixed? Is it even fixable?

 

Unfortunately, KonaDave hasn't been on since Dec. 2015 so I doubt he will see your question.

 

i might take it into a store sometime when i get the chance. i hope it will work.
