moving one hd onto another

i would like to move all of the data on my c drive onto my f drive with out having any of the data on the F drive lost.

can someone please help me

i have Win XP home sp2

also i have data lifeguard tools but if i use that it will delete everything on F and replace it with C

please help

 

Unless drive F: has it's own partition, you'll have to manually drag-n-drop the data you want copied, or use something like FileCommander (link: http://www.godlikesoft.de/html/products_overview.html) or maybe Unstoppable Copier (link: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2623.html) or Karen's Replicator (link: http://www.majorgeeks.com/Karens_Replicator_d3917.html).
