Mozilla Thunderbird 45.3.0 Sending, But Not Receiving Email

    I sent a test email to my sister and she got it fine, but when she replied to my charter.net email, it did show "at" charter site (email) but it didn't come into my Thunderbird email.

    I've rechecked my configuration and everything looks fine. Anyone's help would be appreciated:)

    Oh shoot, I restarted T-bird and the message loaded?? Hope I don't have to restart everytime I want to get my mail though? Any thoughts you guys??

    Look at the settings/options. Set Thunderbird to check for new emails every x minutes.
