MP3 BitRate of 256kbps they say is cd quality.

Because a CD Audio is 44.1kHz X 16 Bit stereo.
You use an MP3 BitRate of 256kbps to keep the Compration as Low as you can.

But I see they have MP3s of Music that are 320kbps.

If 256kbps is like a CD then what is 320kbps Like??

There is not much of a difference n 256 or 320 but in file size.

I think 320kps is bigger in kb and 256 is smaller.

It's subjective. I've heard 192kbps describes as CD quality too. Your hearing sensitivity, the ambient noise and the playback equipment all factor in. Take your favorite CD, rip your favorite song at different bitrates and listen to them in your usual way. The higher the bitrate, the closer it is to the source and it should sound better in theory. Higher bitrate=bigger file too. Just find your balance point.

You (most listeners) won't hear the difference between 256 kbps and 320 kbps.
With the latter, the file size will be 25% greater.
If your encoder supports it and you want the best sound quality from MP3, consider a variable bitrate.

Well when I look up Audio Recording everything says.

Audio CDs are Recorded at 44,100 Hz 16 Bit stereo.

So am I right to findout what the Bandwidth is foir an Audio CD I use this Formula
    44,100 X 16 X 2. for Stereo Tracks?

What exactly are you trying to calculate?

Calculating the bit rate for CD Audio:
Sampling rate x bit depth x number of channels = bit rate.
    44100 x 16 x 2 = 1 411 200 (1411 kbit/s).

    MP3:
A popular bit rate for MP3 is 128 kbit/s. Therefore the MP3 file will be ± 11 times smaller. A 4 minute track will require less than 4 MB compared to more than 40 MB for an uncompressed file.
Using a bit rate of 320 kbit/s will result in a file ± 4.5 times smaller.

Years ago I read a Chart for MP3s Online that say MP3 Files at 256 kbps is CD Quality Audio.

But now I see MP3s with Bitrates of 320 kbps.

Well if 256 is CD Quality then what is 320 kbps?

What MP3 bit rate equals CD Audio quality is debatable.
I have read that 128 kbit/s = CD Audio quality...
    Better than CD Audio quality.
So what are you trying to achieve?

Well I have been getting MP3 Files of music for some time now.
And I always get 128 kbps.

And then I open it in MediaInfo and it tells the specs of the Audio.
And it would say 128 kbps 44.1 kHz Stereo.

And yes I know 44.1 kHz is the Sample Rate of the Source it was converted from.

But now most MP3s are 320 kbps and if I open them in MediaInfo is says
    320 kbps 48 kHz Stereo.

So does this meen the Source sample Rate was 48 kHz that it was taken from befor it was converted to MP3?

    Probably not.
However, it all depends on the sample rate of the original file.

Here's a list of common sample rates.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sample_rate#Sampling_rate

Increasing the sample rate, or for that matter the bit depth, will not improve sound quality for listeners.
Theses techniques are used by professional audio editors for various reasons.

    This is what I ment.

I have an MP3 and it is 320 kHzbps.

And if I open it in MediaInfo it says 320 kHzbps and I know what this is.
And it says 48 kHz Stereo.

So I thought whoever made the MP3 made it from a Sound File or CD that had the Music as 48 kHz already?
