I have amovie in mpg file mode which is too big to fit on a normal dvd. What software could I use to squeeze it to fit on a 4.7gb dvd? The so called DVD Squeeze doesnt seem to work.

DVD Shrink http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4020.html It has no burning abilities of it's own, but it is designed to integrate with Nero's burning engine to produce a finished DVD back-up. The compressed DVD back-up can be saved as a Video-TS (DVD format) or an ISO (disc image) file that can be burned using other DVD burning applications. Use the Video-TS file format if your software is capable of creating DVD-Video discs (most retail/shareware apps can), otherwise use ISO file format as most DVD burning programs are capable of burning an ISO file to disc, even if they lack DVD-Video capabilities (someting that you can run into using freeware DVD/CD burning apps).

Depending on what kind of resize you are looking for (20 GByte -> 4.7 GByte?), then you might be able to squeze out some megabytes by changing the quality of the movie and audio using TMPGEnc.
