MS network login

can someone tell me how could I removed the MS network login prompt whenever i enter window? i never had this before until recently when my brother use the pc... i cant seem to find way of removing that login screen.

btw, using win ME

This is for 98 but I guess the same goes for Me

1. Right click Network Neighborhood to get to Network Properties
2. In the box "Primary Network Logon" change "Client for Microsoft Network" to "Windows Logon"
