MS Office 2002 problem

I have microsoft office 2002 with publisher version 2002. It came with my Dell. Installed it on to my old computer to it works but it says I have to activate it again on my old computer. But it tells me that it is already activated so I cant activate it again with out getting in to trouble. And it says I can only open the programs 50 times till they stop working. Then I must activate it on my old computer which microsoft will not let me do. Is there a way to get around this. I have 2 computers the dell I use for my school work and my son uses the old one for his home work. Please help.
