Mornin' Geeks :) GFI says there's a security hole (No, really? A hole in an MS product? Never heard of such a thing!) in Outlook, Service Pack 2, covered in this bulletin. Mt question is: Since I'm still on Service Pack 1, this should not apply to me -- yet. Right?

SP2 is a beta. Of course, that page offers a fix. Your correct, it does not affect you, if it did, it should be in Windows Update :)

That said, as long as people are allowed to transfer data in and out, new exploits will always be found, Linux, Windows, whatever.

Eh, Office XP Sp2 is not beta...

With that said, I can't tell from the article. It doesn't mention Sp1 at all.

I would be safe and get Sp3 :D

Thanks Guys I figured that -- but ya never know :) Adryn: Maybe I should go back to Sp. One Half (those were simpler times :p)
