MS Visual Studio - VB.net Install

So I am trying to use a VB.net code, I believe, to upload up to a website so it can run the script and pull the information that I need, the program is built I just don't know how to install it on a website. The only problem I have no idea where to begin I have the Folders with the .test folder and the database and does anyone know how I can load this up and tie it in with my database.

If you do not have any experience with either vb.NET or C#, I reccomend making this website in C#.NET, and learning that instead. It is a much more extensive language.

Anyway,
You need to make sure your Web Host supports ASP.NET. Whats your host?
