I have a user running Word 2002 on a networked computer running Windows XP Pro. Any time she attempts to over-write any Word document that is in a
shared folder, Word freezes. It's locks everything up so tight that I can't
even pull up the task manager to end the program. I have to manually shut
the computer down. She has sufficient rights to be able to modify anything
within the any of the shared folders and has no problem creating new
documents within the shared folders. I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling Word, but it's still happening. Any ideas what's going on?

    Thanks for any help!
