MS Word 2010 64bit Does Not Start

I get an error message regardless of whether I click onto a file or try to open Word itself. Eventually, it asks whether I want to open in safe mode, which it does. The error message is:

Yes and do not forget to Uninstall any previous version before to install 2010.

 

I took drastic action......sold my notebook & bought an HP Envy 17.3" 2111tx 3D. Installed Office 2010 32bit version....no more problems...lol. Thanks for your help guys. PS, I was selling the laptop anyway.
