MSN Downloading Issue

Hello:

I was trying to sign into MSN messenger when it told me that there was a new version available, would I like to proceed? I said yes, the process started and the windows installer started to download MSN messenger 7.0.

Several times now, I have tried and no luck.

I receive a "1603" error and a message to go to the MSN site.

I did this and the same thing happened again.
Also tried downloading from Tucows and Downloads.com. with the same error.

We have cleaned the registry, removed the old version and still no success.

Can anyone help or suggest????

Does it have anything to do with my firewall??
