MSN toolbar mystery

    I have a machine that has an annoying pop up concening the MSN toolbar. It asks to install an upgrade. I can't install the toolbar because it is already installed, although not seen in IE, and I can't uninstall in control panel add and remove programs. Anyone have a similar problem ?
