Another employee that works with me is having a problem with her log-in, can change users and no problem. Norton pops up a "found Trogan" window, then other "Scanning" windows start popping up until the desktop is full (about 40 small windows) all the same image, getting to "Scanning 90%" and stopping (although windows don't stop coming). Ran Adaware, Spybot, and here is HJT log: What to do next?

Edit by chaslang: Inline HJT log remove. Cleaning steps not run.

    Thanks!

Another bit of info. I was logged on as "other" user when this HJT log was run. Can not really run anything when logged on and windows are popping up every 2 seconds. Did full system scan with Norton when logged on as other user (admin), and Norton found nothing. Are all those Protocol items normal? Sure looks like a bunch of stuff needs to be turned off!

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

To first answer your question.... no the Protocol items are not normal. Logitech has bugs in their software. Uninstall Logitech Desktop Messenger which you probably do not need or use anyway. All of those O18 lines can be fixed with HijackThis. Please do not post any logs inline and HijackThis logs can only be attached after the READ & RUN ME sticky procedure has been completed.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis
