Multiple Trojan Removal help needed please

    I ran through the scans on the READ & RUN Malware removal guide and found I still have some trojans and malware on the system. I would be grateful for any help. This system originally had issues with the FreeRideGames Exetender messing with and blocking actions on the whole system.

    [​IMG] Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.


    Then tell me exactly what issues you are having.

    Here is the log. Cannot download and save anything from internet including from MajorGeeks. This includes before and after running JRT. No other issues are apparent at this time. Thank you for your help!

    Internet explorer will not respond at all when trying to download. With Firefox, there was an error message but the .exe file downloaded anyways and installed correctly.

    Please download ComboFix to your desktop. Turn off any AV software you have before you run it. Attach the log when finished. Do not do anything while it is running or it may stall the program.
