Multiplier settings on a SOYO 66 MHz MoBo?

This may be a long shot, but maybe someone here can help.
Have a SOYO SY-6KBE mobo (slot 1 with a Socket 370 adapter card).
    The manual i have lists multipliers of 3.5x - 5.0x (233 - 333).
I got the board in a hand-me-down business system that was probably not overclocked, but had a Celeron 366 SL36C cpu (tech sources of the time, about 1999, say this was one of the most overclockable Celerons - stable to 550 without excessive cooling).
The 366 would indicate someone knew how to set for a 5.5x multiplier.
My Question: Does anyone know (or can point me to) the SW1 jumper settings for higher multipliers on the SOYO SY-6KBE (or the SY-6K) mobo?
    555 MHz = 8.25x,
    488 MHz = 7.32x,
    466 MHz = 7.00x,
    433 MHz = 6.50x,
    400 MHz = 6.00x,
    etc.

Any other info or advice about overclocking this combination would be apprecieated.
I also have an ABIT BP6 dual processor mobo for Socket 370s I just picked up on eBay for cheap.
That is the ultimately versatile mobo (so I have read) for overclocking these slower Celerons. (Early reports say the faster [400 & 466, the latter I have a matched pair of] Celerons are not very overclockable. The 466 won't go past 488 without special cooling. Although the 500s can reportedly go to a little over 600 - go figure.)
I won't be switching to that ABIT mobo until after the election due to campaigning and being treasurer for a local candidate in rural america.
Even when the ABIT is up and running (hopefully with dual 366s running at 550), would still like to keep the SOYO running a single cpu, hopefully one of the 466s. Am very successful currently at running the SOYO with the 366 for email sending and receiving and limited web browsing.
By the way, does anybody have an old ATX case and power supply in working condition they would like to see someone make use of? Could not pay much for it, but could cover shipping and packaging costs (est. $20).

    :)
    thanks for listening, and
    better thanks for any replys

Don't forget about adjusting the FSB. Soyo doesn't provide much help and I'm guessing you're reaching the limits that the mobo can handle.

Yes. probably reached the max on this SOYO.
went to the SOYO site, max cpu speeds page
    there was no SY-6KB listed
but, some others that looked close to this are listed to max out at around 333, or 366.
The FSB only runs at 66 MHz, if i understand correctly.
Even so, sometimes there are little tricks, and
just taking the chance that someone here might know.
    thanks,

I would try CPUFSB if you can't raise the FSB using the BIOS. Even if you only raise th eFSB by 5 MHz, that is still a 6% increase in megahertz for the processor.
